The Hunt – a free annual Easter event at our property at 32011 Scott Road in French Valley. We enjoyed a traditional Easter Egg Hunt for the children along with a craft, petting zoo and pony rides, topped off with a free lunch with hot dogs and chips. Check out the photos from this year’s event.
Faith In Action – Operation Christmas Child – This event is held one Sunday in October. We close our doors and put our faith into action at Abelia Sports Park on Winchester Rd. in French Valley. We start off with a free pancake breakfast and invite the community to help us pack shoeboxes for children around the world. More information will be posted soon for the upcoming event. Treasure Box is an awesome new ministry of the Community Outreach Team. A family of four can purchase $65 - $100 of name brand quality food for only $30. Enough to feed a family of 4 for a week! There are three food boxes to choose from: 1) The regular Treasure Box pictured below with a variety of well balanced foods; 2) The Protein Box which includes a variety of protein only; and 3) The Light and Healthy which is a variety of 10 prepared frozen meals that can be popped in the microwave and be ready in minutes.
Our ministry is designed to reach out to those in need. Our goals are to: 1) Provide a way for the community to purchase boxes for themselves, 2) Obtain donations to enable us to provide food boxes at a discount, and 3) Provide free food to needy families.
