Ministry Coach position is held by Michelle Shurtz. Michelle is currently on staff as CCV Business Administrator.
The Ministry Coach gives leadership and organization to ministries related to moving people from the committed to the core. The coach schedules and staffs all 301 classes and provides council for placement of 301 graduates into ministry positions. The coach coordinates ministry leader events and keeps team rosters current.

SERVE
DV 301: Commitment to Ministry
This class introduces you to the importance of service and ministry in the Body of Christ. It will help you understand and develop your SHAPE for ministry. SHAPE stands for Spiritual gifts, Heart, Abilities, Personality, and Experiences, which have shaped your life. We take all of these things and help you determine where you best fit in ministry.
This class is taught by Debra Machen with Keith Larson & Michelle Shurtz available for counseling on finding your S.H.A.P.E and moving you into ministry at CCV.
