Magnification Coach position is held by Lisa Lozosky.
The Magnification / Worship Coach works with the Lead Pastor to plan and organize the worship services at CCV. The coach provides leadership to musicians and technical personnel to produce professional looking, seeker sensitive services which are directed toward the community and the crowd. The focus is moving people from the community to the crowd. The coach also plans other worship services directed toward the congregation. The coach recruits, trains, and provides leadership for all musicians and musical groups at CCV. The coach also works with CCV staff to educate the church family regarding magnification / worship as a purpose in the church and in individual lives.

Magnification (worship) is one of the 5 purposes of the church. This also happens to meet a human need because as humans we have always and will always worship something or someone. We believe that we are more complete when we worship God as He has revealed himself in Scripture. We also believe that worship is more than music. it is the way we live our very lives. Our music is our expression of love to the God who, not only made us, but who redeemed us. Worship is truly the soul of the church. The message of God’s love to fallen humans is a message that must be sung. Worship helps people connect with the mind and the emotions to God. It breaks down barriers and sets people free to respond from the heart to the love of God. This is truly the heart of worship. |
